Refund Policy

As we offer several different services and products of varying natures, each product or service has it's own refund terms that you agree to before your purchase.

Network Services

Domain Names (registration and in-bound transfers)

If paying by credit card, paypal (non e-check), or google checkout (non e-check), your domain request transaction will be processed in real-time, and therefore cannot be stopped or refunded. Ensure that you have spelled your domain name correctly as you cannot change anything about your order once it has been placed in our system.

If paying by e-check or mailed check, your domain request transaction will be processed once the electronic funds have been deposited in our accounts. You may request a refund or make changes to your order until such time as we have received your payment, and we manually process your domain order. Once we request your domain order from our providers, your order is considered placed and is non-refundable.

If any domain, regardless of payment type, ultimately fails to be registered because it was already provisioned to another entity, you will be refunded the amount paid for that domain once we verify the transaction failed.

DNS Management

Our DNS services are subscription based, and billed in advance. All new accounts/subscriptions can be canceled and refunded up to the full purchase price paid, within the first fourteen (14) days of service. After fifteen (15) days of service, your payment for your current subscription period is non-refundable, and to avoid further charges, you must cancel this service before the next recurring billing date.

Hosting Services

Our hosting services are subscription based, and billed in advance. All new accounts/subscriptions can be canceled and refunded up to the full purchase price paid, within the first fourteen (14) days of service. After fifteen (15) days of service, your payment for your current subscription period is only available as a credit to your account for the prorated amount.

Creative Services

Web Design

Our web design service is milestone based, and depending on overall projected price, may require you to put up a non-refundable deposit. Once you approve and sign-off on a milestones deliverables as being completed and of satisfactory quality, any payment made for that milestone and any previous milestone shall be considered non-refundable. Final payment is due at the time of completion or a specified date (depending on contractual terms) and the commissioned work will be delivered in it's entirety upon full payment of the contract. After final client approval and sign-off, the final payment(s) shall be considered non-refundable.
